On March 27th, Easter Sunday, we visited Pinegrove Church, which is the church that the Hannays usually attend. The
Pastor spoke about the fact that Jesus is not in the tomb but He is RISEN!! He also told a very touching story about how a child with a terminal illness understood that true life is an empty tomb, to illustrate the power of the Resurrection in people's lives.
After the service, we drove over to the Hannays' house and had amazing Pennsylvania Dutch food. Then we just had some down time so we hung out, played frisbee, explored the yard, and jumped on the trampoline. We also enjoyed playing with Ms. Hannay's niece.
Then, we drove to New Jersey. It took about 3 hours. We are currently staying at Best Western in Newark. Lastly, to conclude the day we had a pizza fiesta and watched a movie together. Altogether it was a great day and we all enjoyed ourselves.
